just wanted to say how grateful I am for all your help and assisstance. I emailed High Country Venture/impact cash yesterday regarding their illegal practices and I got a response from them today via e-mail apologizing that I was disatisfied with their services that after review of my account I was now considered to be Paid in Full! I origanally borrowed $300 and paid back over $500 so I'm sure I won't see any refund but at least I'm done with them once and for all. My 1st PIF from one of 5 illegal lenders, I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for all your help, this site is the best. I couldn't have done it without you,

High Country Ventures also is affiliated with Ameriloan. All located on the Indian Reservation under the tribal sovereign immunity.

They called me and offered me their new exciting products being that I had a good payment history with Ameriloan. NOT!!! They are Ameriloan posing as another company trying to get my information, I hung up so fast that rep head spun..LOL :lol:

I have sent them an email regarding their illegal practices and have advised my acct be marked pif. i haven't received a response yet. Here is what the PDL Loan center is doing to me. Lasy year, September 2008, I received and defaulted on a PDL for $300. For several months I heard nothing about repaying my debt and my emails went unanswered. Then NCO collections called me, my employer, out of town family and my neighbor. Long store short, they were ruthless until I told them I was recording the calls. Their tatics are very illegal.

Anyway, in March 2009 I got an email from High County Venture stating the are now serving the PDL loan center loans and that I owe about $500 (loan + internest + late fees). I told them I am disputing the figures because there should be no late fees because I got NO RESPONSE from them. The never responded to my calls or emails; mid-summer I got a call/email from Rocky Mountain Bank and they gave me the same story and again they did not respond to my calls and emails.

In July 2009, I got an email/call from RBT loans and they stated I owe money to them as they are now serving the PDL loan center loans. I sent them an email disputing everything particulary the late fees and incrued interest as it is not my fault that I could pay on the loan; no one took ownership on the loan.

My questions is, what in the hell is going on with PDL Loan center. The last time RBT loans responded to my ermail with regard to me disputing the fees/interest was three weeks ago. Thank god I save my emails, if this situtation goes to sh**, I can prove it is not my fault.
