Hello - EZ cash media has turned me over to a LEGAL collection agency called Security Check, LLC. How can this happen and what do I do? I am in Oregon

Well, ezcash media isn't licensed anywhere so the chances are the collection agency they hired isn't either, or, they aren't aware that they are dealing with an illegal lender. Tell this CA, you will be expecting your dunning letter in the mail within the 5 day window the FDCPA allows. If and when you receive a dunning letter, send them a letter of validation, make sure you send the validation letter certified return receipt mail though.

EZ Cash continues to withdraw money from acct ($90 a paycheck), and have been for months now. How do I get them to stop???

You need to secure your bank account immediately. As stated this

You need to secure your bank account immediately. As stated this company is not licensed to lend in the U.S. so you need to stop them from deducting fees.
