I would suggest you to first contact your bank and get the details of the $200 that got credited into your account. I think that you might have applied for an online payday loan and the loan company has made direct deposit with your account. Unless you get details of the company that made the deposit into your account, it is very difficult to proceed further.

i would talk to your bank, find out which company it is. they might suggest a hard block on it, which would be good. blocking that particular company will not do too much as they will simply take money out under another company's name. what state are you in, by the way?

The $60 dollar fee is most likely the finance charge/ rollover exstension for the $200 loan. They have your bank account information apparently, so I would sign an affidavet with your bank to have any furthur transactions from this company blocked. You can get their information of your bank statement.
If you never applied for the loan, then I would see if your bank can reverse the $200 deposit immediately!
