hope all is well with everyone,
well today someone from united cash loans called my job and wanted me to call back said it was regarding a returned item.
now my checking account has been closed for over a year,
i filed my complaint with the mass a/g and the bbb
don't know what else to do money has really been tight since i got laid off from my second job and we (me and my husband) are just treading water right now.
This PDL is ILLEGAL. Have you paid anything back on it to date?

i knew it! i was looking over some of my old documents and according to the bbb i was told i could pay 120. 00 by moneygram or western union which i am sure i did still looking thru the receipts. so that should have been the end of it ....

Either way, how much was borrowed? If a company is not legal, all that is morally owed is the principal, end of story. they will try to bully you, I would follow up on the reports you sent out and added that they continue to harrass you.[/img]
