pdl nightmare begins

This is what I received from achloan.com via their website:The Loan Agreement, on BOTH loans you have taken from us, to which we have adhered to by funding the loan, detailed that your loan was subject to the Arbitration Laws of Malta, a fact by which you confirmed your understanding and acceptance of via the online signature you made. Please note, we are not a US company, have never prescribed to be a US company and have no US presence, as such are not subject to the US laws you detail or any US jurisdiction. Please refer to your copy of the Loan Agreement. Under the terms of the Agreement you consented irrevokably to make payments via ACH until the loan was satisfied in full. Your loan account is currently in default due to returned payments. We will continue to make all reasonable attempts to make contact and to obtain collection of all funds due and payable to enable the loan agreement to be satisfied, as per the original provisions. I changed all my numbers so that they could only contact me by my second cell phone number which I hardly use. So their only way to contact me is through their site or my cell phone. I wish I would have thought about that so I could have given all the pdl's my cell phone number as my job number. Oh Well, you live and you loan.

Pay day lenders are predatory lenders like some mortgage companies. They need to be stopped.

I will post names, phone numbers, fax numbers, addresses?,and any other information as I get it. This is a really great community. I would love to help people get out of debt.

If any one is looking for the Bahamas Marketing Group phone number you can call Frank Miller who he says is one of the Manager at 760-300-4000. But he gets very irritated with you when you ask questions. But by the time I hung up the phone he wanted to give me another payday loan. I thought yeah you do after you got an extra $1000 out of me for fees I did not have to pay. This company is a scam! Heather
