debt settlement for myself but not my spouse

I am choosing the debt settlement route and have 4 cc in my name only. I live in CA which makes me a community property state. I know I asked this earlier, but wanted to hear from anyone who has done this in california and might be able to give me some advice. My husband is very worried that those 4 cc may come after him and garnish his wages. Won't they just try and come after me and garnish my wages? Thank You for any help.

if its in your name, they can only come after you period. So if
if its in your name, they can only come after you period. So if you go the settlement route as long as his name is not on anything what so ever then he is free and clear they can only come after you. hope this eases his mind.
