I am about $20000+ in debt. I contact The Credit Card Solution company to learn more about legally eliminating my debt. The program is that the company challenges the validity ofyour debt and files paperwork against the credit company
saying your debt with them is not valid therefore your (the consumer) owes the creditor nothing.

When I contacted the company I talked to a woman who is working out of her home. During our conversation she stated, 'Oh my fiance must have just come home.' Anyway, the cost of the program was $6000 up front or ten 'easy' payments of $750. I told he that is outrageous in that my biweekly pay is $700 (net). I told the company representative I wasnot interested because of the cost of the program.

When I told her I was not intrested, she then told me about a program created by John Gliha whereby, for only $1200, you start your own company (LLC) and attach your debt to the company. When you are sued the suit is against your company that holds the debt, not you persoanlly.

Anyway, don't waste your time or money with either program.

I have heard that Bob Lindsey is your typical scam artist, my girlfriend called and they wanted $6000 up front.....lol...great deal... and that "the Credit Card Solution" would probably not only zero out her cc debt but win her money in court.

Little did they know that my girlfriends younger brother is an attorney who graduated top in his class from Columbia Law school, he is trying to contact Bob Lindsey to confront him on the BS he is selling, and after 6 calls has not been able to contact Bob Lindsey...lol

Mr. Lindsey has never demanded money up front! That is an option that saves the consumer money. Also, there is NO ten month payment plan! Nor does he or his employees work from home, The Credit Card Solution is located in Houston Texas and I have actually been to their offices. Mr. Linsey has no affiliation with John Gliha either! Why not come to see for yourself!

Slumberget1980 says "I have heard...". Typical unverified BS. Slumberget1980 also claims his girlfriend's so called attorney brother has attempted to contact me. Also BS. I'm available to speak with anyone interested in learning more about our process and what we do. We not only work with attorneys around the country - we have many attorneys in our process as well. These posts are nothing more than fear tactics designed to scare people away from The Credit Card Solution. While I use my real name to post, these slanderous and untrue postings are made by people hiding behind "screen names". Perhaps they work for either competitors or debt collectors!

Yeah Bob Lindsey is available to take your phone calls and violate the law by giving UPL Unlicensed Practice of Law legal advice that is absolutely ILLEGAL. Bob Lindsey is also very available to violate UPL in specific email instructions that he sends to his customers that put their rear end in a sling! That is what you get when you take legal advice from a unlicensed non lawyer buffoon like Bob Lindsey or perhaps one of Lindseys idiot salespeople.

Seems like Bob Lindsey is walking the very fine line over oblivion especially if any of those emails with documented legal advice to his customers were to make it to the proper regulatory bodies.

Bob Lindsey is actively practicing law without a license in Texas. He is running what they call an "empty office scam" where he convinces victims that he has a "network of lawyers" paralegal support staff and service staff to handle his customers........that is a huge LIE!!!!!!

Bob Lindsey has NO network of lawyers, and one character who claims to be a paralegal but is NOT!! Being the scam artist that he is Bob Lindsey will take on as many customers as he can con out of their money and then either not service them or maybe pretend to be a lawyer and give legal advice to people who are in dire straits (this I have proof of in the form of emails from Bob Lindsey to the victim client)!

Bob Lindsey is running this scam for as long as his customers don't catch on that he is a total FRAUD and cannot provide the services he claimed he could. Lindsey is pocketing most of his outrageous fees and letting his unserved customers swing in the wind! Don't be fooled by Bob Lindsey and his supersized cross that he wears, he is without a doubt a pathological liar who does not give a damn his customers!

this is very confusing? i listened to almost all the videos and audios and it makes sense. im in banking and the things stated are accurate not misleading. yet it does seem too good to be true that anyone can distinguish all credit card debt and restore credit to 750 plus without paying them back??? or be able to even afford to pay bob lindsey's program??? it seems refresshing, but who is really telling the truth???

Bob Lindsey's program is no longer available. He ticked off one too many powerful people, who ratted him out to the Texas Attorney General, who in turned sued him and got a court order putting him out of business and freezing his assets. For all practical purposes, The Credit Card Solution is permanently out of business.

Actually Bob was selling CCDN's program, as Bob said repeatedly in sworn interrogatories and requests for admissions in the case I'm running against him, and according to the contract with CCDN he filed as an exhibit in the Texas case. And the one who turned him in was, yup, CCDN. They were very angry that he pocketed $469,035 more or less, which he was supposed to have passed along from CCDN victims. CCDN sent an email to Lindsey's victims politely requesting that they repay CCDN for what Lindsey intercepted, or be disenrolled from the CCDN program. Sheesh, paying CCDN to stay in their program is like paying the Department of Corrections to keep you in prison when you could just walk out for free.

And speaking of CCDN, John Gliha was the one who cooked up their illegal and fraudulent scheme, and he says so on his site, and in the deposition he gave that's posted at cheatingfrenzy. So whether John had anything directly to do with Lindsey and The Credit Card Solution or not, they were in fact selling John's ideas.

throwing out the idea of who is running this type of business because it really doesnt matter. this type of debt illimination is some serious risky business no matter who is running it. its doomed to fail. maybe in the beginning it worked and worked well, but it was just a matter of time till it was figured out. its sneaky, and minipulative. And the companies are on to it. stay away from it no matter who its through.

Debt collectors are all over the debtor blogs spitting their cowardly defaming venom. If these debt-elliminating companies are such horrible scams as they claim then why are all these gentlemen still walking around. Why are they still in business after all this time. Debt collectors are bottom feeding scum. THEY in fact work for the true scammers - the credit card companies. Hey debt collector, you should start looking for a new source of income instead of harrassing the poor citizens. Of course these companies can't have a flawless track record and it takes brass balls to do one of these programs, but they do work the vast majority of the time. Try these guys at www.DebtToNothing.com. Yet another brilliant company saving americans from fraudulent collection practices. Debt collection is obselete. It's why these fat ass sweatshop losers post a thousand times on sites like this. They are scared and have no life except to talk smack on legitimate patriots fighting for the American people trying to free themselves from crooked interest rates by these sick card companies. If anything saves the economy in this country it will be debt ellimination companies like Gliha's, Lindsey's, and DTN's. The beauty is more of these companies are popping up all the time.

For anyone thinking any using services from John Gliha and his scam please note that he himself is in foreclosure. Maybe he should read his own books or buy his own course huh?

A word to the wise, John Gliha's course or whatever he calls it is worthless. The man cannot even pay his own mortgage or his HOA fees where he lives. According to public record Gliha is currently in mortgage foreclosure himself. He is even being foreclosed on by the HOA where he resides. This is all public record available on the internet from the Orange County Florida clerk or courts. Please go look for yourself. On his website he claims to have made over 2 million dollars a year just by following his course. If this were true would you default on your mortgage if you made that much money? Buyer beware.

whether bob lindsey or john gliha is a scam, I know not. I do know that the idiot that thinks you have to have a license to pratice law needs a brain xplant. The high courts have consistantly said in their responses is that there are no laws that prevent non attorneys from "practicing" law and charging a fee for it. Because such a law would be unconstititional.
