I disputed two things on my report back in Oct. 08 they were removed and are now back on and it says investigation in process. What can I do? Do this still fall under the 30 day time frame?

Did you dispute online? With online disputes, the CRA's sometimes suppress the tradline while investigating. In this case I would call them and tell them their 30 days (45 if disputed from free annual) are up. Delete now or be sued.
