summons...atleast a threat

hello to all!
I just got a phone call from a ca pertaining to an auto lease that ended in 2005..now the bottome feeder wants to sue me..any way, doesn't the sol for this action fall under the universal commercial code for leases to commence within 4 years? my 4 years would be up around june of this summer..this debt has been through several ca...i think this is the 4th and now they want to sue...any advise?
