Ms. Bradford called and I gave her my bank information. She told me the same thing, that if I didn't give my information that day, they could attach my wages. The original balance is $720, and settle for $576.00 with the 1st payment on 5/1/09 and last payment of 288.00 on 5/29/09. I dealt with SSM,LLC and Titan Groups, for a payday loan. What should I do? I have the 800# @ home written down.

Shena, was the padyay loan legal in your state and did you already pay the principal back via roll over fees? If you did both of these, then I'd close your bank account, chances are once they have your bank account they can go into it and take whatever amount they feel like, regardless of the amount you gave them. It's better to pay these types of debts with a re-loadable debit card not attached to your bank account.

PDM is a bottomfeeder CA.they can't do anything but call and threaten.i would try to put a hard block on your account as this place will bleed you for the original amount mentioned and then some.

I also got some calls from PDM. They called my house and left messages and my work number as well and left messages...the very first time they called! They didn't even give me a chance to call them back before they called my work. I took out an illegal internet payday loan last fall. I had gotten caught in the trap of the PDL cycle. I will admit that I still owed around $150 of the original loan amount. I had planned to pay whatever collection agency called me about this one even though, really I didn't have to. I had closed my old bank account out. But, the way there person talked to me and how they called my work first thing out of the gate....well, needless to say, I won't be paying them a dime! They can't sue me. All they can do it threaten.
