Does anyone have any info regarding Relief LLC based out of Nevada for settling my payday loans, they are offering me a really good deal, but i am leary. Please advise.

Am i doing right by considering a debt settlemennt? My husband was out of work for several months and because we got way behind on house and other bills (which we still arent caught up on), i got over my head in pdls, i have probably 10 of them, owing around $2400 (not including fees), i have more coming out of my check than what i have coming in, and thus i havent been able to pay my van payment. What this company is offering would get me back on track.

I have been using Relief, LLC for about 3 months and they have already settled half of my payday loans. They saved me about $900 so far so they have more than earned their fee in my opinion. The woman I work with over there, Diane has been really helpful so I would recommend them to anyone.

I also considered using Relief for my pdl situation. Relief has only been in business for about 7 months and they told me that they can be listed with the bbb until they've been in business for a year. I was a little leary too and decided to handle my own pdls. This website has been amazing for me. I'm actually finding that I am able to do this myself and not having to pay someone else. So I feel like so far this has been a win win for me - trying to see positive in a not so positive situation....if that's possible.
Of course, the state that I live in has also made this a little bit easier as all IPDLs in my state are illegal. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

i am using them and they have been very kind, understanding, and helpful. it is so nice to be treated like a person instead of a deadbeat. i cannot thank them enough for what they have done. diane, leah, and adam are all really helpful and have been a huge support.

Why pay a company to do what you can do? If your dealing with illegal payday lenders follow the instructions on this site, it will guide you through and you'll be able to keep your money. If you're the type of person that doesn't have good follow through, or doesn't like handling your own affairs then debt consolidation is probably best for you.

Well I have asked for help on a store level and you know what I was told? You need to default. That is ridiculous and then get the run around from the store manager stating they don't deal with the legal ramifications and you need to go through corporate but corporate doesn't do payment plans. How is that a positive note for ANYONE to want to deal with it?

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your storefronts, but you are talking about a legal loan and not one of the unlicensed internet ones. Why would you expect a positive response when you walk in and say you want to change the terms? Credit cards, utilities and mortgage companies don't usually react positively to those requests. You have to be persistent until you get what you need. Eventually they come around. But don't have unrealistic expections and definitely don't give up so easily.
