I had a 500$ loan and ended up paying 1285$ in principal and fees which means they would owe me 785$.
I got another loan for 700$ and so far I payed 260$.
Do you think I could ask them for a PIF since I overpaid the first loan by 785$??
Anyone has had some positive experience with this company?

I have seen a PDL grant "frogiveness" is what they call it, on overpaid loans. The company actually considered a consumer's loan PIF due to overpayment of the current loan. As far as them using the interest accured on a previous loan, that is very rare. PDM/CPD is ILLEGAL and they can be nasty to deal with!
I would not say it is impossible but it is unlikely. What I suggest to do is keep on them. Fire off your proposal letters and complaints every other day if you must. This will definately get under their skin. It can be time consuming, but it is worth a shot  Also fax and mail your letters to them if possible.

When I took internet loans out through them, you can sign in to your acct. There you can see all the loans and balances you paid. There is even a record of your past loans. But once you default you can sign in any more.
