I have been on here several times and you guys have been an awesomw help. I'm in florida and I have sent all 12 companies that I have onlind PDLs with the revoke of wage assignment letter by faxor email. Some of them are still calling and have stated they are going to contact my employer. Do I need to give my employer a letter stating I have revoke my wage assignment also?

yes, give them copies of the letter you sent to the pdl's.that is a must.some of these place will try to put it through.if you don't give the letter to your payroll or HR person they will go according to the wage assignment.

YES please do this immediately. Send the below letter to your payroll dept and let them know you are a possible victim of fraud.

Quote:

The date
Your name and address
The name and address of the creditor
Your account number with the creditor

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hereby revoke your right to use the wage assignment I signed on (The date you signed the wage assignment agreement). You no longer have my permission to use this wage assignment.

Best Regards,
