Date: Fri, 04/24/2009 - 11:16
I have 8 pdl in TN. I have frozen my checking account with Bank of America and the bank has assured me that the ach will not clear my account, nor will i be charged overdraft fees since I have frozen my checking accounts.
From what I have read, I believe the next step is to contact the companies and tell them not to debt my account and try to arrange another payment plan.
Please help me!

I am in Tennessee. From what I have read, TN allows the companies to only be licensed in their domiciled state to do business and do not have to be licensed in Tennessee at all.
Is this correct?
If they are licensed companies, how do I handle getting those loans taken care of?
Thanks bunches!!
