FYI, make sure none of these lenders are CSO's (Credit Service Organizations), because if they are they do not have to follow the payday loan laws and are usually operating perfectly legal.

I also want to say, it doesn't make any sense to borrow from Peter to pay Paul, you just need to resolve these loans by making payment arrangements on them, and all you are morally obligated to pay back is the principal amount borrowed on the illegal lenders.

You need to close your account and get control of your life! You have posted four separate threads about this and I am sorry you did not get any info from us until now!. You do not need to take out a loan to pay these predators, you need to get control by realizing that most of these lenders are operating illegally in your state. They are bound by the laws of your state and can only collect by those laws. Do not let them tell you that you are under the law of the state where they are located. That is false info. I tried to get your states laws from www.paydayloaninfo.org but I could not get into the site! If you have paid the principal on these loans and whatever your state allows for interest that is it! You are done!

i completely get what you are saying. i have closed my account, asked that all inquiries be done in writing, i am willing to pay these pdl's back. but i have other household bills that urgently need to be paid, and doing consolidation won't work for these. so what i'm asking is, does anyone know any reputable companies that will loan to people that have bad credit?
