I reported ASSest to the credit bureau for trying to collect a debt that is not mine. Also, ACC has no license to collect in my state.
I hope this JDB doesn't try to sue me, now. I should be suing them.

Seriously, the only reason why bottom feeders like this get away with it is because far too many people dont step upa nd do anything about it!
Also, filing a complaint with the credit bureau probably wont help you much--instead, file one with the attorney general's office in your state because of their illegal practices and because they arent licensed in your state, but are still taking collection activity against you(reporting on your credit file is collection activity)
