Has anyone heard of CuraDebt and Other Questions
Date: Sun, 04/26/2009 - 09:17
2)I got a phone offer from Sears MC to lower interest to 0% with no more late fees or penalties but they want access to my checking account every month for automatic payments. Is this wise
3)We have a couple of debts that have gone to collections. Logic tells me it's too late to send verification letters since we've made payments already. Is it better to try and Deal with the CA's over the phone?
Sorry about all the questions but I'm a newbie and the information is a little overwhelming. Thanks for any suggestions

I have no experience with Curadebt,
but heard their call center is located in South America, and they claim to be located in San Diego, CA. You may check them at BBB. You may be required to pay roughly - 20% commission and 5% retainer fee. See if you can afford them.

XXX,
I checked and this client is still active under Irvine clients. If you deactivate him, he will get no more updates to update his funds.
Thank you,

Curadebt "customer"
I've unfortunately chosen Curadebt to handle my 3 overdue accounts and have paid them over $1300. This began in November 2009. They are great over the phone initially, but do Jack J. Sh%t when it comes to dealing with creditors and negotiations. The company has charming reps in Caracas, Venezuela that had me on a timer before they totally ignored me. Now. all I get are internet BS blogs about how ' the more money you have, the better your negotiating power." My AMEX offer, just received, negotiated by our fine friends at Curadebt saves me twenty five effing dollars over just PAYING Amex. Additionally, I've paid their company over a grand and they require a commission of over $300 over and above my original payment for my savings. Thanks. If anyone has made a successful complaint against these crooks, please respond. For the rest of you, save your money and steer clear of these snake oil salesmen.
