I live in Washington State. I have the following internet PDLs:

Cash Transfer Centers (Northway Finance) $900
Cash Net USA $500
Payday Loan Yes $300
Big $200
GFS $200
United Cash Loans $500
Cash Advance Now $250
Together Cash $200
Up Front Money $500
US Fast Cash $400
Ameriloan $200

are these legal? how do i pay only what i owe?

Welcome!
In briefly looking at your list, the first IPDL (Cash Transfer Centers) is a notorious one that operates either in Malta or Ireland, depending where they choose to hang out at the moment. They also use a device called the Voluntary Wage Assignment or Wage Garnishment, that you sign when you take out the loan--that would authorize them to go into your paycheck if you would default.
What I would strongly urge you to do as one of your first steps to getting control of your money again is write your HR or Payroll person tonight a letter revoking this for this and any other PDL's on your list that you might have authorized this for.
You must also speak with your bank and have your bank account closed due to this--and see if they can open another account for you--and do NOT give the number out to anyone or any company. Once these PDL's know that there's an issue, I promise you, they will try and debit you faster than a New York Minute. I know, because I and many other people on the boards have been there.

If these internet PDLs are illegal, do they not show up when i type their name on the DFI website? If they are legal then i just owe whatever i borrowed, right?

Illegal PDLs may not show up in your state's DFI database due to them having multiple d/b/a names. Most likely if they do not show up in the database the they are unlicensed and Illegal according to the DFI. You can call and verify to be safe.

If the company is Legal, you are liable for the principal balance and fees. Just ensure the fees are in accordance with your state laws governing payday lending.

You are only moraly obligated to pay the principal ONLY on ILLEGAL lenders. Hope that cleared things up.
