anyone ever settle with cap1? What kind of % did they agree to? My account was co is 03..How much should i offer? any pointers would be helpful..

I personally did not settle any debt with Cap1, but as far as I know, most creditors agree to settle the debt for 40 to 60% of the outstanding amount. However, I think that you should check the SOL on the debt before you negotiate for settlement with your creditor.
Offer 30%. expect 50-60%, but, they are very hard to deal with.
