I have contacted my attorney general here in ny state and he said there illegal. from reading on this site i am confused what to do.
i believe i want to send a c&d letter and a paid in full request? is that correct? also do i send it to all 3, mycashnow, professional debt mediation, and credit protection depot? and does anyone have a email address for all 3. thanks

If you have overpaid then send them a letter stating you want a refund or mark your loan PIF. MyCashNow is Illegal.
