I believe you said they were illegal in the state of Utah. I also have a payday loan with ABC Loans which is also Payday Loan Yes...I've read some scary stuff on here. I am so eager to get my paycheck so that I can go open a new account in a new bank and shut everything down and change my cell number.

They are illegal in all states. They are on an indian reservatio

They are illegal in all states. They are on an indian reservation and do no not have any license anywhere.

They claim immunity to any laws since they are on the reservation but that also means they won't step off the reservation to sue anyone.

They are just plain not licensed in any state, not even their own.
