I have a really big problem and need help ASAP. I was gambling on Absolute Pker recently for just a couple of days, and I used two different debit cards to make my deposits. On the third day, I went way overboard, but I had the funds to cover it, in the second account, BUT Absolute pulled the funds out of the first account instead because it was the card number they had saved EVEN though the three digit security code I used to make the deposits belonged to the other debit card (the one with funds to cover it) so with the wrong cvs code they pulled multiple amounts from a nearly empty account, with fees and overdraft charges, I am in it to the bank for nearly a grand! I want to dispute these charges but I'm afraid to. They were authorized I guess, but how could they approve it to this empty debit card account when I used the cvs code from my other card when I authorized it. My bank is sending me the paper work to dispute the charges, but I'm so afraid of commiting fraud! But I don't understand how the site could remove funds from my account with the cvs code from my other card? It should not have matched!!! But they sent it through to the wrong account anyway. I don't know what to do. Please help me.

Your not reading my question clearly, my problem is not the amount, it was less than 400 total, my problem was them pulling it out of a debit card number they had saved, when I was putting in the cvs code to a completely different card believing I was depositing from the account I had funds in. It was days before I realized what happened, and because they were several smaller amounts the fees racked it up to nearly a grand. You don't get it. I authorized with my three digit security code the use of my debit card, the first time charge came out of the correct account, the next ones they pulled from my other account, EVEN though I was using the security code for the other card (where I had funds) the whole time.

if they pulled it from the wrong account-then you did NOT authorize the transaction period...they are not allowed to pull funds from an account w/out prior authorization...dispute this!!! yes you did authorize a transaction from another account-not the account they pulled from ..correct? i personally would put a stop payment for this agency on both accounts and stay away from em...they have a way of sucking you in!!

Sounds like they required the security code for the card, but when they actually ran the charge, they didn't use it, or your bank auth'd the charges anyway.

Have you spoken with Absolute P*ker to see if they would be willing to refund to the incorrect card, and recharge to the correct card?
