I sent some of the collection people that are on my credit report 2 weeks ago but still no word from any of them. No proof or any information on what the collections are for. What do i need to do now to get these people 2 settle with me or get them removed from my credit.

Do you have proof from the insurance company that they paid these debts for you? If so, you can dispute the open accounts on your credit reports. You may need to contact the insurance company, they should have records of the payments.
