What is the course of action that a PDL company takes when they have gotten a NSF? I am going to do a bankruptcy by the end of the month and wonder if I need to tell them anything. My bankaccount is severely overdrawn anyway and I am confused how to let it play out with the 3 or 4 loans I have that will all go NSF. Should I tell them something to delay any action on their part before my bk petition is filed?

All of my PDL's are internet and I live in Florida:

The two that just would have just been notified of NSF are:
500FastCash
USFastCash

The ones that will also go NSF before my BK petition is filed in a couple weeks are
Discount Advances
Zip 19.com

500fastcash - Illegal lender
USfastcash - Illegal lender
Zip19 - Illegal lender

I am not sure about Discount Advance. But I think all internet loans are Illegal in FL period. To verify check with your Dept of Financial Institutions of your state. You can google them.

The lenders I listed as ILLEGAL are not licensed to lend in your state. Therfore their will be little recourse they can take. I suggest you close your bank account because these IPDLs will continue to take from it and put your account further in the red :(

You can list them all in your BK. I would notify them that you are filing BK. Once they know they may attempt to debit your account for he full amount of the loans. I suggest putting your account on "deposit only" status to stop any further NSF charges untill you get the overdrawn balance cleared up.
