Needing help again (different topic)

I have a few (several) questions. I am trying to clean up my credit report. Improve my credit score and remove the negative things off of my credit reports.
Most of what I have on my credit report is (unfortuantely) credit cards.
I am unsure on a couple of things: (neither of the following accounts have been paid)
1:
On 2 of the older credit card accounts it says:
Status: Transferred, closed. $546 written off.
Creditors statement: Purchased by another lender
The other says:
Status: Transferred, closed. $217 written off.
Creditors statement: Purchased by another lender
My question is:
Since these say these were purchased by another lender do I need to conern myself with these?
2:
I was told that one can dispute pretty much ALL of the bad items on your credit report and eventually some, most or maybe even all will be removed? What are the pros & cons about doing that?
3:
Another concern of mine:
My credit scores wth Transunion & Experian are very similar within 4 points of each other.
Equifax is over 100 points different (not in my favor) My reports appear very similar, with the exception of one bill that is NOT on my Equifax report. Which doesn't make sense.
Any help on these would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You!
Kelly

saops right..not all report to all three bureaus so you might find one without some of the negs on it. as for disputing, not all will come off. only inaccurate info will come off. accurate negative info stays on your report for 7 yr +180 days after the date of first delinquency..here's where it gets tricky, fcra defines what dofd is..and this date should not change no matter what happens to the account..as for being concerned about the transfer of an account, that just means a collection or debt buyer has the accoount and they will hound you for payment. remember, the debt buyer may also eventually put another collection on your file and that too will drop your score more. so should you be concerned? yeah-they could drop score more or worse sue you in court for judgement....that adds another 7 yrs for the bad stuff to be on account as ajudgement...as good news, ca can only and win if the debt is within your state statute of limitation...be cautous as to what you do from here it really could get worse...good luck
