does anyone know anything about 4moneyandmore. i live in mississippi.. I got a loan with them over the internet... are they licensed or not. I applied for a loan with them back in 08.. i got a email saying i was denied, but they depoisted money into my account and i didnt know about till it was to late...

You need to contact the Department of Banking and Consumer Finance and check whether they are licensed or not. If they are not licensed, you are only required to pay only the principle amount. I don't think that they are licensed in MS.
