Hi! I live in MS and am supremely stupid. (I never claimed not to be) I got in over my head with PDL's and signed up with Progressive Debt Relief. After I finally felt like I could breathe again...I started having money problems. So like an idiot, I turned to PDL's AGAIN. I honestly don't know what to do. I don't want to close my account...I don't know if Suntrust will even let me. Here's who I have loans through:
City View Cash- 390 paid 90
Payday Loan Yes- 455 paid 315
E Payday Loan- 260 paid 0 (I think they tried to debit my account and it got ret'd)
United Cash Loans- 260 paid 120
Green Light Funding 260 paid 0
Payment Direct 289 paid 89
Check n Go 121.97 paid 121.97 then borrowed 310.97 paid 0
I understand that I am very dumb and ignorant. I want to get out from under these FOR GOOD this time. Any advice would be sooo appreciated. I'm only 25 and want to start nursing school but can't because I have no money because of these. I think all of these PDL's should be outlawed. They do nothing but prey on weak stupid people (like me) If anyone could give me step by step advice I would do anything. If I have to close my account I will but I want that to be a last resort. I need a checking account and like I said I don't know if Suntrust will let me open another one and I doubt I can go anywhere else. The irony is now I dont have the money to pay Progressive to take care of my first stupid actions. Thanks so much for listening!

Client said they Live in MS or Mississippi. Are any of these loans store front loans or Internet ? Mississippi permits lenders to use criminal action if the check used to get the loan bounces when deposited.

In that case your best bet would probably be to close your bank account. Try going to a local credit union to get a checking account if Suntrust won't help you. Credit unions will usually give almost anyone a checking account.

Now I am really depressed. My account as of this morning is 485

Now I am really depressed. My account as of this morning is 485 dollars overdrawn. I pay my dad my car note and if he has taken the check to the bank already it has bounced. I have this sick feeling in my stomach and my head hurts. You think any of these companies would work with me on paymennt plans? I feel like this is the only place I can talk to someone. I am too embarassed to talk to anyone else

I think we have all been there to varied degrees.

Some of those lenders you have loans with are illegal.

You need to contact the bank and get the account frozen.
