LVNV will not validate debt, CRA refuses to delete

LVNV has reported 3 different accounts on my credit report. I have sent them 3 request to validate debt and they failed to respond. Disputed debt with all three CRA with certified mail receipts and all but equifax deleted. Equifax refuses to delete and said that as long as LVNV verifies my name and social then it is considered valid. Help!

Tell them that is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. See my blog post Creditors Gone Wild for the relevant statutes.
File a complaint against them with the FTC.

i had the same problem w/lvnv w/ a c/o sears debt..i sent crrm dv letter and got nothing..i then sent copy of dv letter, mail posting slips, and signiture card to credit bureaus..it finally was deleted after i disputed twice with the bureaus..keep trying..but in the second letter to the bureaus, i did piont violation of fcra as chrys pointed out..worked good for me..
