debt consolidation

Hello I have family: Me, my Mom and brother, we all have credit cards debts I want to consolidate all credit cards from 3 persons to one person. I mean I want to use only one SS# but I want to reduce debts for 3 person. Please let me know how can I do this?

This is not possible. The credit cards were issued under different ss numbers and are reflected in your individual CR's. Now, debt consolidation loans depend on your credit score. If you have a good score, you can get the loan and pay off your cc debts. However, if your Mom and brother do not have a good score, they will not be able to get a debt consolidation loan.
