e-payday-loan.com and getecash.com legal in Missouri?

I have had a bunch of pdls for several months, and now they are starting to not clear. I'm wanting to settle them up and be done with them ASAP, but I have very little funds to do so. Reading this forum has given me many ideas, but I'm unsure where to start!
Anyway, I just received NSF emails from e-payday-loan.com and getecash. Are these companies licensed in Missouri? Here's my info:
e-payday-loan.com
Amount Borrowed: $350
Total paid: $315
Payment dates:
03/20 - $105
04/03 - $105
04/17 - $105
They're wanting to do a payment arrangement of $560.00 (payable in 1, 2 or 3 payments).

getecash.com
Amount Borrowed: $300
Total paid: $270
Payment dates:
03/06 - $90
03/23 - $90
04/03 - $90

Also, payday-loan-yes (I think that's the name. legal in MO, either?) will be contacting me shortly.
Amount Borrowed: $350
Total paid: $420
Payment dates:
03/06 - $105
03/20 - $105
04/03 - $105
04/17 - $105
Any suggestions? I want to get things resolved quickly! My checking acct is -$324 all due to bank fees (they've removed a couple in the past, but most likely won't do it in this situation. Also, I won't be able to open another checking acct, so I can't close this one. The bank informed me that, regardless, they can't do a hard block on it. So, I'm hoping as things don't clear, the lenders contact me to work something out...and that's about where we are now! Thanks!!

I think getecash only has a license in Utah and I think Paydayyes is in Canada.
Secure your account first and then send them letters stating they are illegal. You need to get the bank to freeze it since it is is negative. You have the legal right to revoke the ACH transactions three days before they are due to post. Go to your bank and tel them you want to sign an affidavit to revoke. Tell them you have already contacted the companies but they are still debiting anyway which is illegal.
You only owe what you borrowed. Any fees or charges you have made apply to that amount.
You can find a sample letter here. Scroll to the 13th post to find it.
You need to change it to your information and state laws. Once you account is secure then send them the letters.
