Hi all,

I have an outstanding loan from Amscot in Florida for $450 + fees making my debt $496 that I took out in the beginning of April and have since paid it back twice and re-borrowed twice after the 24 hour "cooling off period". I took a loan like this back in October of 2008 and ended up using the extended payment plan and paid it off at the end of January. Then I found myself in a situation where I needed a loan again so here I am. My question is, am I correct in understanding that the EPP is only available once per 12 month period, thus making me ineligible for another EPP for my April 2009 loan? I am simply not in a situation at this point to re-pay the loan amount in full. So I am forced to pay the fees and continue re-borrowing until I can come up with the money. Thanks for you help,a nd any options to get this paid off (without borrowing from friends/family) if the EPP is definitely not available to me again, would be very helpful. Thanks again. :(

Thanks everyone for your advice. I contacted them ( I went in person) and spoke with the manager at the branch I took the loan from and they called coporate who approved a $100 month payment. No extra fees, just what I borrowed (the $450 plus interest and state fee =$496) as originally borrowed.
