I have several inquiries appearing on my report that I never initiated...I can see they are from various Collection Agencies. Is this right? Can I do something about this?

Collection agencies have permissible purpose to pull your report if they are collecting on a debt. Nothing you can do it you owe the debt.

They can hurt your score depending on what type of inquiry it is.
And unfortunately there's really nothing you can do about it unt
And unfortunately there's really nothing you can do about it until either the debt is paid or federal reporting period has expired. They remain for 2 years but only effect your score for the first year.
