how long is bk reported? i've read upto 10 years..what does that mean? Ch 7 vs. ch 13.....
FCRA allows both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bk to stay in your cre
FCRA allows both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bk to stay in your credit report for ten years, but the bureaus normally remove Chapter 13 bk after 7 years.
