CashNetUSA is a PDL and legal.
I beleive the rest are illegal. Gov Emp Credit is legal in some states but I do not find them on the CA license database.
Secure your account first and then send them letters stating they are illegal.
You only owe what you borrowed. Any fees or charges you have made apply to that amount.

You need to change it to you information and state laws.
