What does this mean?

I disputed an account on my credit report, a collection agency CACH, LLC. On my experian credit report it now say "Account in dispute under Fair Credit Billing Act", and now it shows no Status or amounts. But on my other two credit reports it shows "Consumer disputes this account information", and still shows amounts and status. Does anyone know what any of this might mean?
