**Outbackbucks** what to do? please HELP

i used outbackbucks a few months ago for a $400 loan,
i paid on time even tho i knew their interest rate was sky rocking...
a few weeks ago i had a personal issues that prevented me from making my payment,
i called their customer service and was advised that i only had to pay $80.00 to finish paying my balance.
now that i didnt make the payment,they are ALWAYS calling my work.either my direct number or through our 800 number and they get transferred to me...
i sent them a certified letter to revoke my voluntary assignment and to stop the calls but nothing has changed
now they are saying i owe them $245.00 which is not true.
at this point,i dont even know what to do
i live in Maryland.
please help me ,how should i handle this situation?:cry:

misscoco01 how much have you paid on this loan to date? If you paid over $400 in fees towards this loan you are finished with them. You only pay the principal balance borrowed when the PDL company is Illegal and Unlicensed.
