Just stop making payments to the PDL companies and close your ch
Just stop making payments to the PDL companies and close your checking account registered with the PDLs. When the PDL companies call you for the debt, try to settle it for less.
If you list the state you are in and the names of the companies

For illegal lenders you only owe what you borrowed. Any fees or charges you have made apply to that amount.
