Hi: I posted originally about my payday loans and have worked out payment plans with 2 of the 3---yay!!

Titan, however, are being total jerks and have been debiting my account. My bank refuses to stop ACH w/d.

Should I just change banks at this point.

Or should I try to speak to a supervisor?

My bank is USAA and they are in Texas and I am in IL, so I just can't walk in there...

OR...should I find a lawyer??

Thanks, Diane

Oh I am so sorry this is happening. Due to your location, I would definately call and speak with the bank's supervisor.

Yes you need to just close your account out and open a new one. This company will continue to drain your account as long as they have access to it.

Please show the bank branch manager this information posted below. It is your legal right to revoke electronic withdrawls at any time. If they are giving you a ahrd time with that the fax this to them.
