I just got a notification that the Receivership is objecting my claim because I claimed to much.
I signed the form and agreed to what they stated since they proved how much I gave to Hess kennedy.
Anybody else going through this?
I hope this gets resolved sooner then December like it says.

we will not received no money until or about dec.30,2009. there were at least 20,000 proof of claim sent in the receiver did object some or parts 13,000. we have too wait until dec.1 or dec. 30. i know it is bull crap. we paid money and we want even get our money back besides credit damaged,judgement.

Do you know how much they have available? I see that alot of the claims were disputed because they company actually did settle some debts (SHOCKER) but I see that alot of people were also disputed beacuse of the Two CC that settled and took a lump sum and relieved people of there debt.
