cash Direct Express - Illegal
Fast Cash Illegal if USfastcash
500 fastcash - Illegal
United - Illegal if United cash loans
Cashnet - Illegal if not Cashnet USA
Ezpayday - Illegal
Please verify the names of the PDL companies to make sure you have listed them correctly.
Wisconsin laws are horrible and the DFI will be of little help to you in resolving this situation. For the Illegal loans all you need to pay back is the what you borrowed nothing more!
PaydayOne is Legal and you need to call them and work out some sort of payment arrangement.

Can the illegal ones come after me for payment still? And I should concentrate on the legal first, is that correct?

Handle your legal lenders first. The illegal companies will definitely try to collect and they use harsh inappropritate tactics to do so. Please do not let them intimidate you, stand your ground and they will eventually go away.
