is there any palce out there that can help me legally raise my score?? all of my baddies are paid/settled but my score stinks..i have tried opening new good paid as agreed accounts, tried time like 7 years and negs are falling off report, but nothing seems to raise my score...any pointers?

you should check out your report and find out whether any new negatives have been added there because even if your the old negatives get removed, your score may not improve if new negative items get listed in your report at the same time.
