I have asked for a refund for the amount over that i have paid, and for the fact that they are not registered in our great state. I spoke with them yesterday, and they don't want to give me any info about themselfs, only that they want me to pay an extra 400.00 to "clear up the matter". The collection attemtps have gotton out of control and i thought that if i filed a suit against them in small claims court that they would just drop the calls and i would be done with them. what do you think?
