Trying to Buy A Home

Hello me and my boyfriend are trying to buy a house...it is the house that he grew up in and now it is being foreclosed on. I have really bad credit 501 and so does he 590 would we be able to get a loan and do you know how i could get some help...this is a really big deal to us because there is so much history there could someone advise me on what to do?

620 is now the minumum required on all loans including FHA. Plus you would be required to put 3.5% down. At this time I don't see how you would be able to purchase the home. You could try to locate a hard money lender. That might be your only option.
