so can i sue the other attorney ca involved since they sued me for a debt and successfully dinged my credit score for something i am not liable for? seemd like a score damage for unethical court proceddings...it was his debt and his alone..i had no signitures ect to bring action against me..only a marriage license that was at the time being disolved in the court but smarty attorney never checked he just sued..the debt was incurred 3 days after legal divorce..the other attorney in his allegations to court, proclaimed i was married to him when i was not!
