Judgment show only first and last name?

Why would you want your middle name listed? Is there some question about the debt actually belonging to you? If so, is there other identifying information on the judgment such as your social security number or date of birth? I don't understand why you would want to "do" anything about them leaving out your middle name unless you want to dispute the debt.

Well I thought since the judgment only show last name and first name. If i dispute and i may win the case, that why i am asking any suggestion before i do anything :) For example I can dispute said is not belong to me, i can proof with my Social security cards and driver license both do have my full name.

Your identy is tied to your social security number. You could try to dispute it and it might get deleted. But you really don't have grounds to get it removed just because your middle name is not listed.

It's tied to more than just your name. Does it belong to you? If so disputing it will be a waste of time just because it doesn't have your middle name which you use on all your identity documents.

If you are a judgment debtor, there is no reason to change the name on a judgment. It's a shame that courts don't put SSNs and dates of birth and driver's license numbers on judgments. If you are the creditor/plaintiff, no need to change anything on the judgment.
