ok i had an account go to collections..then to court..i lost and now have a judgement. how long does this stay on cf? original account has to be deleted @ 7ys or so, does the collection account and judgement also have to be deleted at 7 years after DOFD? does all info pertaining to account have to be deleted at same time?

Judgment stays in your credit report for seven years from the date it has been passed, while the original and the collection account stays in your report for seven years and 180 days from the date of your last delinquency. So both the judgments and the collection account may not come out of your report at the same time.
