Am waiting for a return phone call from the state department of financial regulation. I've opened another bank account that is secure. The old account can't be closed until I go thru the dispute process at the bank but they said not to worry about it going into the negative.

Bank of America closed my account today even though it had a negative balance and transferred my funds to another open account. They've already credited my account $400 and am hoping to receive another credit next week, Will likely be receiving collections calls now but the Maryland Commissoner of Financial Regulation said to notify her of any collections calls since payday loans are illegal here.
