PDL Assistance

I used this company - I paid $155.00 for 9 months and they have only settled one payday loan ( I had 5) for $150.00 and the rest of the money I paid has gone to bank fees, PDL Assistance fees and there is a large amount unaccounted for ($500). I cannot get them to answer emails now and when I am transferred to the line for current customers, someone answers but immediately hangs up.
Do you have a copy of the agreement that you have made with PDL
Do you have a copy of the agreement that you have made with PDL Assistance? If you have the proof and you have already made them the payments as per the agreement, just file a complaint against PDL Assistance with the FTC.
