Can anyone help? I am so lost. If I do manage to get my account closed to stop the debits and fees and email out the letter I found on this site to all companies legal or illegal, What will happen next. I live in Missouri and have loan with the following companies. Does anyone know which ones are legal in Missouri. PLEASE PLEASE HELP! I have never felt so desparate or hopeless.

Ok if Cash Direct Express and My Payday loan are IPDLs then check their legality with your state's DFI. I did not find these two licensed in Missouri, but I would call the DFI and verify.

Second I would make calls to the Legal lenders and request a payment arrangment. Most of them are CFSA members that offer an EPP. Read more about it HERE.

Lastly, I would send the proposal letters to the Illegal lenders.

Bank Account Closed

I have closed my account and block all debits. The bank is aware they will be trying to send through ach debit's this week. I sent the letter from this site to Zip 19 and will send a letter to the 3 legal ones for a payment arrangement. Does anyone know if Honest Pay Day - Online, Direct Cash Express - Online, and My Pay day Loan - online, are legal in Missouri? Thank for all your help!!
