Click on the link below to view your payday loan laws.
http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/state_detail.cfm?id=AR
Arkansas allows an internet based payday loan company to lend legally as long as it is licensed in any US State. They would need to follow the laws of the state they are licensed out of, not the state the consumer is in.

Pfffffttttttt, don't register, and don't believe their garbage, your state law prevails. If they aren't licensed anywhere then they aren't legal, it's as simple as that. I would reply and ask them what state they are licensed in and the license number, until then you won't do anything else.

I just got a phone call from 500fast cash. They want me to pay them $430, when I only borrowed $250 and have already paid $75 twice on this loan. Do I tell them that I legally only owe them $100. They told me they would only accept payments by credit card. What should I do now?

Tell them you need an address to mail payments via money order, to them, no address, no payments. Only pay them the principal amount borrowed and not a penny more. They will tell you anything to get money out of you, whatever you do do NOT give out any more of your personal information, credit card or bank account info.

I have received e-mails from Ameriloan and 500 fast cash and text messages from Ameriloan, United Cash Loans and 500 fast cash that my account needs immediate attention. Their ach drafts got returned to them on Monday. What do I need to do? I also filed complaints with the AR Attorney General's office for Ameriloan and Webpayday. They called me and told me that if you were online in Arkansas and applied for these loans, these companies were under Arkansas law, even though they might not want to be, and that these companies were doing business illegally. Please advise on my next step. Thanks!

It is going okay. I have not heard from anyone but Good Time Cash. They keep calling me at work even though I have sent them the cease and desist. They keep telling me I owe them $650, but I have paid them $835. What do I need to do? Should I be worried that I have not heard from any of the others? Do I need to send another e-mail? Please advise. Thanks!

I live in Ark. and I have only two CA. I have had them since October. One is "united Cash Loans" I have $250 loan with them. I get paid mo. so, I have been paying them $90 monthy. Since it has been more than "5" paydays since i got the loan I am paying $100 monthly.
I then have webpayday. I had a $500 loan with them. I have paid them a total of over 1,500!!! I pay them $256/monthly. That is more than what I owe them. I feel I have already paid them back. How does this get lifted off my account? Will they still continue to bother me? They are not really bothering me now (that i pay them monthly). I am not trying to be a snob, but t's not like I didn't pay them back I paid them back and more!! I think my work is done with them. anyone have ant sucess? Are they still bothering you? Good luck to evryone. I had every intentions of paying them back and I have....Triple...

Check your state laws governing collection practices by OC. Their a specific stipulations that apply when it comes to dealing with an OC and place of employment harrassment.

This is total hogwash. Why do you have to enter your debit card to make a settlement offer?? They are trying to get your banking information and debit who knows what from your account. Who are these goons kidding. I like how they emphasized "YOU WILL OWE NOTHING MORE ON THIS ACCOUNT" Idiots

I live in AR and I had a loan with Ameriloan. I sent them a letter saying that they were operating illegally, that I had overpaid them and I was going to report them to the AG office. After a week, I logged in to my Ameriloan account and it had paid in full. I never heard from them again.
